A Virtual Assistant can work with small businesses to take care of all those little things that are keeping you from the things that are important to you like growing your business or simply spending more time with your family. From wordprocessing to Powerpoint presentations to bookkeeping to mass mailings to conference registrations, I can care of the things that are holding you back from expanding your business orfrom spending time with your family.

Why hire a virtual assistant?
I work from my home. I am paid as an independent contractor so there are no payroll taxes or insurance issues for my clients to worry about. I provide my own workspace and equipment (currently consisting of computer, color inkjet printer, fax machine, and separate business line. And best of all, my clients only pay me for the time I spend actually working on their stuff alone. This eliminates the need to hire a full-time or part-time staff person who will spend idle time twiddling their thumbs at my clients' expense. And since I am virtual, I don't even need to live near you to be effective. Some of my clients are not even in the same state as I am. We communicate via email, phone, fax and snail mail. With proper communication, it works out wonderfully.
